Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday have their 48-hour window start on Monday, so a weekend order ships by Wednesday.

You receive a tracking number and a notification email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier. The shipping deadline shown at checkout is calculated from this same rule, so what you see is what we work to.

Giveaway winners pay nothing for shipping — the prize is sent to you at our cost.

Returns

We record the serial number of every unit we ship. When an item comes back to us we match that serial number against our record, so the return is verified as the exact unit we sent you. This protects both of us, and it is the only reason we keep serial numbers. They are never published and never shared.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with everything that came in the box. Where a listing stated that no charging cable was included, none is expected back.

Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is not grounds for return — that is what the grade is there to tell you in advance. If an item arrives not working, or materially different from its listing, contact us and we will make it right.

Grading

Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Every item we list has been function-tested regardless of grade.

Grade A — Excellent

Looks close to new. Minimal or no visible wear.

Grade B — Very Good

Light cosmetic wear you would have to look for. Works perfectly.

Grade C — Good

Visible scratches or scuffs. Fully functional and tested.

Grade D — Fair

Heavier cosmetic wear, priced accordingly. Still tested and working.

Battery health is measured and published on every battery-powered item. Carrier lock status is stated on every phone. Whether a charging cable is included is stated on every listing, and when one is not included we highlight it prominently on the listing, the product page and in your cart.

Warranty

Refurbished and used items are covered against functional failure for 30 days from delivery unless the listing states otherwise. Brand-new and sealed items carry whatever manufacturer warranty applies to them.

Batteries are consumable. The battery health figure published on a listing is the measured figure at the time of testing, and normal further decline over time is not a fault.

Find-It-For-Me deposit terms

Submitting a Find-It-For-Me request is free, and having us search is free. There is no obligation at any point before you accept an item.

If we source an item matching your request, we tell you the price and an estimated date for receiving, testing and shipping it. If you choose to proceed, a 20% deposit of the agreed price secures the item while we prepare it.

The remaining balance is due before the item ships.

Buyer giveaway — official rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning beyond the additional entries described below. Void where prohibited.

How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and entries from both methods are treated identically in the drawing:

1. With a purchase. Each item you purchase during the entry period earns one entry. If you buy three items, you receive three entries.
2. Free entry. You may obtain one free entry per giveaway, with no purchase, by submitting the free entry form on the giveaway page. Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

How the winner is chosen

The drawing is random and verifiable. Before entries close we publish a SHA-256 hash of a secret random seed. After entries close, the winner is selected by combining that seed with the final, numbered list of entries using HMAC-SHA256. We then publish the seed itself.

Because the hash was published beforehand, anyone can confirm the seed was not altered after seeing the entries, and can recompute the result themselves to confirm the winner. The numbered entry list is published with entrant emails masked. On request we will provide documentation showing the drawing was random and was not influenced after entries closed.

Eligibility and prize

• Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older.
• Employees of ReviveTech Marketplace and their immediate families are not eligible.
• One prize per giveaway. The prize is as described on the giveaway page and has no cash alternative.
• Shipping of the prize is free to the winner. We ship within the United States only.
• The winner is notified by the email address on their entry and must respond within 14 days, after which an alternate winner may be drawn.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes arising from the prize.

Your details

We use your name, email and address solely to run the giveaway and to ship a prize if you win. Entry lists are published with emails masked, and we never publish addresses.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to sell you something and get it to you: your name, email address, shipping address and order history. Card details are handled entirely by Square and never touch our servers.

Serial numbers of units we ship are stored privately for return-matching. They are never published and never sold or shared.
