Questions people ask

What does it cost to ask?: Nothing. Submitting a request and having us search costs you absolutely nothing, and you are never obligated to buy what we find.
When does the 20% deposit happen?: Only after we have actually found your item and told you the price. If you decide you want it, a 20% deposit secures it while we clean, test and carry out any repairs.
What if the item turns out to be bad?: If what we source is unacceptable or not working, we refund your 20% deposit in full. You are not on the hook for a bad unit.
What if I change my mind?: If we sourced exactly what you asked for and did the prep work, and then you decide you no longer want it, the 20% deposit is non-refundable. By that stage we have already bought the item and done the work for you.
How long does it take?: It depends entirely on the item. When we find it, we tell you an estimated date for receiving, testing and shipping it — before you commit anything.
